Watching Way Too Much TV For You!

Note: These reviews of Glee will not include any song spoilers but will include guest stars.

What FOX Says about tonight’s episode (w/out the songs):
Guest Star Kristin Chenoweth Returns

When Kurt sets his dad, Burt (guest star Mike O’Malley), up with an unexpected partner his plan for a nuclear family may backfire. Sue demands that the Cheerios! go on a crazy diet in preparation for a big interview with “Splits” magazine and April Rhodes (guest star Kristin Chenoweth) returns to save Will and the glee club in the all-new “Home” episode of GLEE airing Tuesday, April 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

Did Madonna craze live up to the hype? Will it forever be engrained in your musical TV memories? Well, you can forget about all that this week, as the club gets back to its root and the show with continuing the path toward Regionals against Vocal Adrenaline.
This week’s hour, centers mostly around the adults which actually find more enjoyable than the kids. Will is thrown for a loop when April Rhodes (the delectable Kristen Chenoweth) comes back into the Glee Club’s world when she wants to help out and donate to the club, which he does not think at first is the best idea. Meanwhile, Kurt wants closer to Finn and at first he thinks that setting up his dad, the wonderful Mike O’Malley with Finn’s mom is the best idea but is that really what he wants?
Moments in the episode pull at your heartstrings and I like that about the show, but what I do not care for is the inorganic moments that sometime are created to get to those heartfelt moments. Musical acts that start just because two characters in the room is not what I want and I hope we get more organic pieces in episodes to come.
As always, Glee airs a new episode now until June 8th at 9/8c Tuesday on FOX.
